Returns
We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund on any item purchased from us. This is because we cannot legally return any item back into stock once it has left the premises and therefore, we would need to dispose any returned products. We recommend you take any unwanted medication or appliances to your nearest Pharmacy who will dispose them for you or alternatively you can contact us, and we can arrange a safe collection.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order until the order has been dispatched. A cancellation fee of £10.00 will be applied to orders that have been approved to cover the prescribing costs. Once the order has been dispatched and we have sent the dispatch confirmation we can no longer cancel the order.
Aftersales
We try to ensure that all products your purchase from us reach in the best condition however in the event that you wish to return the product to us because it is:
- Damaged/faulty
- Wrong product
